Is this the venue’s official website?

No. This website offers official tickets to the venue. It is not, however, the venue’s official website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Simply enter your details at checkout, and you’re good to go.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

It depends on the experience you’ve booked. Most experiences allow cancellations up to 24 hours before the start time, but some are non-refundable. To check the policy for your booking, head to the “See Info” section and look under “Cancellation Policy.”

Do I need to print my tickets, or can I use mobile tickets?

When is the best time of the year to visit Porto?

Spring (May to June) and Autumn (September to October) are perfect. The weather is warm and sunny, but you will miss the intense July and August heat waves and the massive summer crowds.

How many days do I need to see the main sights of Porto?

Two full days are enough to see the historic highlights like the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, and the Gaia wine cellars. If you want to take a relaxing river cruise or enjoy a day trip to the nearby Douro Valley, we recommend staying for 3 or 4 days.

How do I get from Porto Airport to the city center?

The easiest and cheapest way is using the Metro (Subway). Take the Metro Line E (Purple) directly from the airport terminal to the central Trindade station. The ride takes about 30 minutes, and trains run every 20 to 30 minutes.

Where is the best place to taste authentic Port wine in Porto?

All the historic Port wine cellars (like Cálem, Taylor’s, and Poças) are actually located just across the river in a city called Vila Nova de Gaia. You can walk across the lower deck of the Dom Luís I Bridge on foot to reach them for tastings and tours.

How does the Porto public transportation system work?

Porto has an excellent network of metro trains, buses, and historic trams. To ride them, you just need to buy a reloadable Andante card at any station machine. If you want maximum ease, a Hop-On, Hop-Off bus ticket gives you unlimited transport directly between all the major tourist stops.

Do I really need to buy attraction tickets in advance for Porto?

For Porto’s most famous spots like the Livraria Lello bookstore and Clérigos Tower, yes! These venues use timed-entry tickets and limit the number of visitors inside. Buying your tickets online beforehand ensures you get a slot and avoids hours of waiting in line.
